The float glass entering the fully automated production line completes the manufacturing process as a mirror after successfully passing through washing, silver coating, copper coating, two layers of paint, and drying stages. Due to the sensitivity of silver and copper coatings to moisture and external factors, they are meticulously covered with two layers of paint, one with a red primer and the other with a dark blue color, as a protective measure. After the painting process, FLOTAL Mirror is branded with a special paint to carry the quality standard.
